This marks the first real release of lode storm for this Mini Ludum Dare!
I spent most of this morning adding sound and some music to the game. My girlfriend and I recorded the voice overs and I composed the music too.
I will later add in a win condition check and extra levels too.

Looks amazing. I really like your blog by the way, truly inspiring stuff. Only found it recently and have read about every post by now… Particularly, your tengu-engine got me inspired to start working on a little projekt of my own. I understand that you probably don’t take requests on what to write, but it would certainly be neat to see a blogpost with some tips on how to structure an engine like that, in it’s a simple form. For example, what design patterns to use for the different parts(rendering in particular) and so on.
Really like your game! And I’m very interested in source code for improving my skill in c++, so is it possible to get it? 🙂
