A Stable Collision Resolver

I managed to put together an initial version of my tile map collision resolver, and the result is that it works surprisingly well.  It can be seen in action above, and shows remarkable stability.  Since it is late here now, I will pass on detailing the algorithm since I need to get a little rest.
